Snake has turned from a timid non-eater into a consistent eater overnight. It is not recommended to live-feed a snake because the mouse or rat can bite the snake. You should pre-kill or use frozen-thawed whenever possible. I am feeding live food because this snake is converting from live food to frozen-thawed. There are a lot of good articles on the internet about converting a snake to frozen-thawed. It’s especially important when the snake starts eating rats as they have very sharp teeth and know how to use them better than mice (mice are relatively stupid compared to rats).
